The Hon. Mayor of Mérida announces at a press conference the registration in the city council registry of the partial plan for the construction of an urbanization that in its first phase will house 150 homes plus auxiliary services as well as the expansion of the current golf course from 9 to 18 holes.

NEW DON TELLO is introduced to the media.

The Mayor of Mérida, Mr. Antonio Rodríguez Osuna, the Minister of Economy, Mr. Rafael España and the promoter of the project, Mr. Joaquín Morales, have today presented to the media this exciting development that will see the light of day very soon with the start of works scheduled for before the end of the year.

A total of 170Ha will be occupied to house a new 18-hole golf course, clubhouse, hotel-spa, garden areas, commercial areas, sports, horse riding, cohousing, tourist apartments and an urbanization with the development in its first phase of 200 homes with different typologies.
